Integrity Reports – In this session on Thursday, May 13th from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM MST, we will provide an overview of Integrity Reports in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2, from the general purpose of integrities in month-end and year-end accounting, to the most noted category types of integrity reports. We will begin with a high-level view of the types of integrities and suggest which ones best fit the needs of users in effective month-end and year-end close of your company’s Financial records.
Annual Close – In this session on Thursday, May 20th from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM MST, we first review two key components of periodic processing that directly affect the annual close process – integrity reports and Finance module period change. Once covered as background information, we process the Annual Close report, viewing both any Data Selections and Processing Options involved, before reviewing an example of the output of this Annual Close report.
Asset Master Setup – Part 1 – In this session on Thursday, June 10th from 1:00 – 2:00 PM MST, we examine key components of the Asset Master record setup and focus on the kind of asset that best suits attendees. Once the type of asset is identified, we focus on the key fields to populate for the asset chosen and share how they can affect typical fixed asset transactions. As part of Fixed Asset setup, we also examine the Constants and their setup and demonstrate how they control Fixed Asset transactions.
Asset Master Setup – Part 2 – In this session on Thursday, June 17th from 1:00 – 2:00 PM MST, we review the programs used to conduct Fixed Asset Transfers, Depreciation, and Disposal transactions. We will discuss how each transaction is identified as an Asset Ledger record and demonstrate how to create each record in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2
