Abstract: This presentation reveals what five characters teach us about large scale operational change management and the modern training space and considers lessons learned from themes depicted in Game of Thrones. The armies cannot survive the changing seasons without dragonglass or Valyrian steel; likewise, companies need the right tools to thrive. This presentation examines what modern tools can offer. We’ll propose a final theme, also centered on the dragons, that when it comes to operational change management and modern training, your best asset is in the clouds.
