iLearnERP was asked to be a part of the Training SIG’s Round Table Discussion on Generational Training. Of course, the Millennials are a big topic of conversation (as they will comprise over 90%o of the workforce by 2020!). But there is more to it than that. In this discussion, we look at the different learning techniques to reach different audiences.
