Currently specializing in baseball and softball clothing, equipment and accessories, Rawlings also offers customization for their products for a unique sporting experience.

The JD Edwards World applications supporting the Rawlings business were outdated and in need of modernization and standardization to accommodate rapid growth. With a move to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2., Rawlings could better leverage the core functionality of the product to minimize customizations, enhance the user experience and provide better access to data. The go-live would impact hundreds of users and so assistance to aid the program team in user adoption activities was a must.

iLearnERP developed a multi-faceted training solution, aiding trainers with curriculum, planning, delivery, management of training parking lot items and change activities. iLearnERP also provided access to their JD Edwards Universities, the EOne Academy and ReportsNow DAS University for just-in-time training. Admission to the EOne Academy for the technical and functional teams increased their overall knowledge of JD Edwards and understanding of new functionality, which in turn reduced the need for customizations, increased overall productivity, as well as enabled them to offer better support at the different sites as they went live. In tandem with the just-in-time eLearning solution, iLearnERP also offered live instructor-led webinar training for subject matter experts and project team members to cover the new tools, changed application functions and standard processes as they relate to a move to EnterpriseOne 9.2.
