It’s SIG Experience Week with Quest International Users Group and yesterday was JD Edwards Day. We are excited that iLearnERP’s Tim Christian presented, “Utilize UPK to Enhance Your User Experience.” Tim’s presentation was part of the larger session, Maintaining and Supporting Your JD Edwards Oracle Cloud Solution: “Interested in running or already running Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Oracle Cloud? In this session, members of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne support team cover JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on Oracle Cloud as a supported operating environment. Learn tips and tricks for getting your Oracle Cloud instance up and running and how best to engage the support organization to get the most from your environment.”
In his presentation, Tim focused on UPK as a way to deliver training support to JD Edwards users, particularly as a key tool in a blended learning training delivery model. Tim also discussed how to make EPSS or Electronic Performance Support System happen, how and why to deploy In-Application Support, how to use Record It! mode, and of course he left time for some excellent questions.
